Louise is the Vice President of Intrapreneurship at Airbus and Talent Development at Acubed. Louise was part of the team responsible for launching Acubed and Airbus Ventures. She is passionate about culture transformation, radical innovation and growth of individuals. Previously, she spearheaded leadership development, culture innovation, created the Leadership University in North America and led Airbus' internal innovation and cultural transformation initiative Dream Big. A mother of three, an intrapreneur, artist, pianist, humanist and curious explorer, Louise grew up in Copenhagen, studied in France and graduated with a Masters in Contemporary European Culture from Exeter University, UK. She has worked in Denmark, UK, France and the US and loves creating and doing things that matter and bring a smile to people's faces.
