So, start of summer and, you know, ready to have a good time and a bit of a break. Marit: Who doesn't love summer? Right? Swim season is here! Ian: Very important for everyone. Get in the pool and do Laps for Life! Marit: Exactly. So, can you tell us a little bit about your favourite benefits of swimming? Ian: I think that's interesting about the water, and I think this is true for everyone. If you can relax in the water, it's almost as though all of your worries and any of the problems that you have, they kind of fade away with the ripple of the water. So it doesn't mean you have to swim laps, you can just be in the water and feel a benefit from it. I think one of those things is just being able to be in your own head, let your thoughts go if you're swimming. You know, that's what I love. I'm not concentrating so much on the swimming part. I'm focused on allowing my head just to wander.
