Interviewer: We’re asking uni students how they're feeling, how they're making friends, and their best tips for managing stress. Speaker 1: I'm pretty excited. I am definitely a bit nervous about everything being so new. Speaker 2: Probably more nervous than excited, but hopefully that'll shift. Speaker 3: A little bit of nerves, you know, not knowing what to expect, but good to get out there and meet new people. Interviewer: Tips for managing stress while you're at uni? Speaker 4: I like to go to the gym, and that sort of lets me get everything out. I stop thinking about stress, and I just get to enjoy myself there. Speaker 5: After I cry about being stressed out, I like to organise things and kind of just break everything down. Speaker 6: I like to timetable each day what I'm going to do. Tomorrow I've got this, this, this. So, I need to be ready. I need to like pack my bag for this and kind of have everything planned out where you can see it. Speaker 7: You're not just filling your whole schedule with just work stuff and making sure you still have time by yourself. Speaker 8: Make sure that you're looking after yourself, which is the most important thing, because if you're not okay at the end of the day, you know, there's going to be problems. Speaker 9: Taking a moment to kind of look at the whole picture because it's usually not as big and overwhelming as it really is. You just kind of have to look at all the steps and see what you have to do. Speaker 10: Take time out to do things that you like and that you enjoy. And then of course there are a lot of services out there that sort of give advice and can help out. Interviewer: And what about you? Anything to add? Let us know in the comments.
