Speaker 1: It's World Mental Health Month, so we're asking people, when you're feeling low, what sort of words of encouragement do you give yourself? Speaker 2: You can do it. Don't be your worst enemy. Self-talk can definitely be pretty detrimental to your mental health. So, I think just giving yourself a pep talk every now and then. Speaker 3: I love, like, ‘yeah, this shall pass’. So, just keep thinking, ‘Okay, yeah, I'm not where I want to be, but it will pass. It will pass.’ Speaker 4: You only live once. And just to learn to love yourself really is the biggest thing you can learn to do really. Speaker 5: Just know that you're good enough. You're worthy to experience another emotion, you're worthy to experience another experience in life, and this isn't going to be what it's going to be forever.
